During my recent stay at this beachfront hotel, I was truly impressed by the culinary offerings, which stood out for their commitment to using fresh, local ingredients. Each evening, I indulged in fantastic dinners prepared with the region's finest produce and paired perfectly with a glass of exquisite local wine. One particular dish, a seafood risotto, left a lasting impression with its rich flavors and evident freshness. The ambiance of the on-site restaurant was delightful, providing a beautiful setting to enjoy my meals while overlooking the calm sea-a satisfying experience for someone who appreciates dining in nature. Breakfasts were consistently the same, featuring a selection of pastries and fresh fruits, though I wouldn't have minded a bit more variety over my six mornings there. What I appreciated most about this hotel is its friendly atmosphere, thanks to the attentive staff and welcoming owners. With a tennis court and a swimming pool nearby, it also offers great opportunities for relaxation and recreation. All in all, this hotel not only catered to my culinary tastes but also provided a serene environment, making it a worthwhile destination for anyone looking to explore the flavors of Thassos.
